General Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions of Service ("Terms" or "GTC") govern the provision of services by Cosmetic Solutions srl to the Customer. Acceptance of these Terms forms an integral part of the contractual relationship.
2. Definitions
Company: Cosmetic Solutions srl
Customer: The party requesting the Company's services.
Services: The professional activities provided by the Company.
Contract: The written agreement between the Parties, including these GTC.
3. Scope of Services
The Company provides the Services as described in the Contract, Order, Quotation or official communications. Any amendments must be agreed upon in writing.
In the event of any conflict, the following order of precedence shall apply:

4. Term and Commencement
These Terms become effective upon the signing of the Contract or the approval of the Quotation and remain valid throughout the entire duration of the provision of the Services.
5. Company Obligations
The Company undertakes to perform the Services with professional diligence, communicate any impediments, and maintain confidentiality.
6. Customer Obligations
The Customer shall cooperate, provide all necessary information, documents and access, and comply with the agreed payment terms.
Any delays caused by the Customer shall automatically extend the applicable deadlines.
7. Fees and Payments
Fees are established in the Contract, Order or Quotation; payments shall be made in accordance with the agreed payment terms. Any delay in payment shall result in default interest, in addition to reimbursement of any related expenses.
The Company may suspend the provision of the Services in the event of non-payment.
